Digital shipping policy

This policy covers digital e-book purchases from the AMPARA Care bookshop, operated by RDF NEGÓCIOS LTD.

Orders for PDF e-books are delivered digitally. No printed book, postal parcel, carrier shipment or physical shipping charge applies to these digital-only orders.

After successful payment confirmation, use the download instructions supplied with the order. The Digital Products service sends access information to the email entered at checkout when the file is ready. Check spam or junk folders. Where enabled, access can also appear on the order-status page. Pending, declined or incomplete payments do not release the file.

Internet access is needed for the initial download and a compatible PDF reader is needed to open the file. Check each product description for its language, included pages and any stated limits. Website language changes do not translate the PDF. Keep your download link private and save a personal backup. Redistribution and resale rights are not included.

If access is missing or a file does not open, contact needwiccan@gmail.com with your order number and purchasing email. We will check access and help provide the purchased file. Do not pay again merely to recover a missing download. If the purchased content cannot be supplied, the refund policy and applicable consumer remedies apply.
