Digital delivery — no physical shipping

AMPARA Care supplies digital e-books in PDF format. No printed book or physical parcel is shipped.

Access after payment confirmation

1. Check that your payment has been confirmed.
2. Follow the download instructions supplied with your order. Use the email address entered at checkout and check your spam or junk folder for order messages.
3. Save the PDF on your device and open it with a compatible PDF reader.

Payment processing, security checks or email delivery can delay access. If you cannot find your download, contact support with your order number and purchasing email. Do not place another order just to recover a missing download.

Format, language and personal use

The English workbooks contain 15 pages each. Pequeños Momentos, Grandes Ideas is a Spanish-language PDF with 38 pages. Check the individual description before purchase. Changing the store language does not translate the file.

The PDFs are not interactive forms. You can read on screen, annotate with a compatible app or print pages for personal use. Redistribution and resale rights are not included.

If a file does not open

Allow the download to finish, check your internet connection and try a current PDF reader. If the file remains unavailable, incomplete or unreadable, contact us so we can check access and help you obtain the purchased file.

For cancellation, duplicate purchases or refund requests, see the refund policy. Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.
