AMPARA CARE · STORE POLICY

Cancellation & refunds

Last updated: 24 October 2026.

This policy covers digital e-book purchases from AMPARA Care, operated by RDF NEGÓCIOS LTD. Digital files do not require postal returns, packaging, tags or carrier inspection.

Contact needwiccan@gmail.com or use /?view=ampara-contact to request cancellation or a refund. Include the order number, purchasing email, title and the reason for the request. Do not send complete card details.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to cancel. Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available, including any longer period required by law. We do not treat a payment, page view or receipt of an access email by itself as an automatic waiver of those rights.

For UK and EU consumers, any exception for early supply of digital content requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the cancellation right and contractual confirmation. A policy notice alone is not a substitute for that process. Without the required process, we will not rely on that exception to deny a statutory cancellation.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed content is handled separately from a change-of-mind request. Tell us about a missing file, broken access, duplicate charge or an edition that differs from its description. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include restoring access, repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Downloading does not remove statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines. Where a 14-day refund deadline applies, we will follow it. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the credit. We do not charge a physical restocking or return-shipping fee for a digital file.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a mandatory consumer rule provides greater protection, that rule applies. Download help: /?view=ampara-delivery.
